Gosh, it's almost summer. How'd THAT happen? Here are a few pictures that I've been meaning to post since Christmas. You see that I got right on it.
This is the cover of a book Gregory created at school. The title is My Family by Gregory. As you can see there's always a rainbow over our family.
Inside the book, he has a page that says I love my Grandma because she cooks food for me. Which is absolutely true except that he failed to mention that he eats very little of it except the homemade rolls. We all ate a lot of rolls. I ate a lot of everything but that's not the point of this post. The picture is my Mom's dinner table at Christmas. It's surprisingly realistic. There's a heck of a lot of people there but we do spread out to both sides of the table. The little stick figure guy is Baby Judah which Gregory made a point of showing me. Baby Judah is almost 3 years old and probably would not appreciate being called a baby. His older brother used to be called Baby Zeke until the day he showed up with a baby brother. I suspect Judah may have to live with the Baby name for awhile, at least until another infant shows up in our family.
Here's a sheet from Nathaniel's book. In case you can't tell, it's I Love Zeke. They don't stress spelling in kindergarten. Zeke and Judah made quite an impression on the boys.
Here's something else we did this winter; a science experiment. Kind of looks like broccoli jello but it was a kit we got that has you experiment with these crystals things that absorb colors. We has lots of different colors but we found if you dumped them all together; you get broccoli-colored jello. This sat on my dining room table for at least a month.
Last but not least, spring school pictures. Evidently one school picture a year is not good enough for this generation.
